To guarantee your reservation, a prepayment of 30% of the stay amount is required. Cancellation is possible up to 14 days before arrival. A refund will be made within 30 days of the cancellation date.

There is an additional charge for parking. A deposit is charged for the garage remote control - PLN 100 or EUR 25 in cash or by pre-payment on a card. At check-in time, please park your car in one of the three designated spaces marked in yellow at the entrance to the Aqua Resort. If there are no spaces available, please use the municipal car park after purchasing a ticket.
Children
Children under 4 years of age stay free of charge if they sleep on their parents' bed. We insert a travel crib “on request”. Its cost is 30 PLN/day.
