New place for business

With large event organizers in mind, we are in the process of building the region's largest conference space with a total area of 4,000 sqm, which combined with the current halls will give 6,000 sqm and 3,000 beds in more than 700 premium suites. Completion is scheduled for June 2025. Our sales team is already taking reservations for August 2025.

Centrum Konferencyjne znajdzie się na trzech wyższych poziomach, dzięki czemu Goście będą mieli widok na Woliński Park Narodowy.

Pierwszy poziom to strefa targowa z przestrzenią 650 mkw. do dowolnej aranżacji
Piętro drugie zajmie sala główna 800 mkw. bez filarów, o wysokości 5,20 m., która połączy się z przeszkolną oranżerią /150 mkw. oraz tarasem o powierzchni 560 m.kw. /Dopełnieniem tego piętra będzie klimatyczna restauracja konferencyjna o powierzchni 580 mkw.
Nad salą konferencyjną przygotujemy VIP Lounge o powierzchni 450 mkw. z tarasem 220 mkw. dla nawet 400 osób, a dach sali konferencyjnej wyposażymy w scenę oraz strefy wypoczynku, idealne do realizacji eventów dla 400 osób.

On the main floor of the new center will be a conference and banquet hall with an area of 800 m.wk. to which will be adjacent a glass orangery serving as a buffet area. In addition, the floor will be enriched by a spacious terrace overlooking the Wolin National Park, as well as an atmospheric Restaurant, which will be a perfect complement to the organized events.

VIP Lounge

Just above the main hall will be an atmospheric VIP area with a bar and stylish furnishings, with an area of 450 sqm. The space will be enhanced with an atmospheric terrace of 220 sqm. This space will be an ideal backdrop for the main conference room, as well as a private room perfect for closed events for up to 400 people.

Stage on the roof

Above the conference room will be an inspiring event space with an open roof, perfect for holding an elegant dinner or evening concert with a view of the Wolin National Park. The roof will accommodate up to 400 people.

Aquapark for 1,000 people

The lowest floors of the emerging business and entertainment center will be occupied by the region's largest aquapark, with a total length of half a kilometer of slides! The aquapark will offer water zones, a sauna floor, massage and wellness rooms, mineral pools and a gym. In the evenings, this space will turn into a water disco zone with colorful lighting and bars in the middle of the water. The aquapark will be an excellent option for business groups looking for an original attraction during integration.
